Cloud Saving is Broken

Played this game an absolute ton, unlocked nearly everything. Had my game cloud saved and synced to my FB profile. I get a new phone and my save wont sync. I contact support and after over a month of emails I am told there is nothing they can do. FGOL needs to patch this and make sure it functions correctly to prevent further player frustration.
